Description

This is an Japanese item and includes no English components unless noted in the condition note.

The "All ships to battle stations" siren blares. A tense voice comes over the speakers:

"Zentradi forces, a reconnaissance unit, have infiltrated the ship. The infiltration area is B-area, Block 3, south side. The defense forces are to use all available resources to eliminate them. Repeat,

"Hey, is the maintenance complete?!" he asks.

"Yes, Lieutenant," comes the reply.

Instructions come from the operator:

"Blue Squadron, deploy to B-area, Block 12. Engage the invading enemy."

The high-pitched whine of the engines resonates in my ears. I flip the switch. All systems green.

"Blue Leader to all units, we will now engage the enemy that has infiltrated B-area. Formation is C. Minimize damage to the city. That is all!"

The squadron follows behind me. How many of us will survive this?

This game recreates the events of the first episode of the TV series "Super Dimension Fortress Macross," specifically the battles that take place within the city inside the Macross ship.

This game utilizes an action pattern selection system for movement and combat, allowing the game to unfold based on the player's situational judgment.

There are basic and advanced action patterns. Even for movement alone, there are normal and high-speed movement options, each affecting movement points, firepower, and fatigue levels. Other actions include transformation, evasion, and surveillance, each with its own unique mechanics.

The advanced rules add mechanics such as fatigue caused by actions and target identification, providing a more intense and engaging gameplay experience.

Since the game uses simultaneous plotting, understanding your opponent's movements in advance and making decisive judgments based on the current situation when determining initiative are key to victory.
