Description

This is Japanese Language item and includes no English components unless noted in the condition note.

This is a solitaire (single player) board war game that requires no prior knowledge or military expertise. It was originally released as a doujin game by "Hex and Dice", but has now been made into a commercial product by Bonsai Games.

The player takes on the role of a regiment commander in the Japanese Army and leads his subordinate battalion through a total of 10 scenarios.
A unique feature of this game is that instead of the "hex map (based on an actual map)" commonly used in war games, the maps are made up of 60 "terrain cards" randomly arranged in "5 rows of 5, 25 cards each." This allows you to enjoy a different map each time.

Of course, it is possible that a "map where it is impossible to complete the mission" may be created.

However, this game merely simulates the position of a "regiment commander." The regimental commander cannot choose the battlefield or the enemy.

Another unique feature is the "dignity" and "dissatisfaction" systems. Whether your subordinates are competent or incompetent, if you bully them, they will become dissatisfied and stop attacking.

Ordering forced marches, attacks, or charges will cause dissatisfaction to build up in the battalion commander, and if your orders are ignored or you force your orders, the regimental commander will lose his dignity, and if his dignity is low, his subordinates will not move. This in itself will hinder operations. This is a "realistic" simulation that requires consideration not only of completing the mission, but also of building a smooth organization.
