A brutal murderer stalks the streets of Harrowmire. Dubbed the Red Reaper by the broadsheets, the killer has rampaged through the cursed city for weeks, leaving a trail of bodies in its wake. Seemingly possessing supernatural powers and sadistic intelligence, the Reaper has instilled fear in the already terrified populace of the cursed city. When the last investigators sent after the Red Reaper vanish, the militia turns to a new group of hunters, hoping they can put an end to the bloodshed: the players.

Trail of the Red Reaper is a campaign-length adventure for When the Moon Hangs Low. Inside, Gamemasters will find six interlinked investigations that combine to explore the bloody work of the Red Reaper and its malevolent motivations. It features a cast of characters, both allies and opponents to the players in their quest. The story takes the hunters from the squalor of the Shambles to the shadowed streets of Old Town, to the heights of the New City and potentially into the depths of the Necropolis as well.
