Versus Play Collection

The Versus Play collection of three games moves beyond the puzzle-oriented solo play of our previous collection, exercising players' memory, dexterity, and imagination together!

This beautiful set includes OctoGrabbo, Woodland Rush, and Bear in Mind.

OctoGrabbo

Down in the beautiful ocean there lives an octopus named Grabbo. Grabbo likes delicious food, and he has a good habit: he always eats a little bit of every kind of food at meal time.

Be the first one to help Grabbo collect every kind of food!

OctoGrabbo is a game for 2-4 players and plays in roughly 10 minutes. It’s appropriate for players as young as 4 and as old as 99! In a basic game of OctoGrabbo, players will take turns rolling a die and performing an action. They’ll be using chopsticks to pick up food from the ocean, returning food from their bowl (watch out for the shark!), or sneaking some food from another player’s shell.

Bear in Mind

Wake up, Bobby Bear!

Bobby Bear just woke up from hibernating. His friends are ready to tell stories about the places they went and things they did over winter break. First make up the stories, then try to remember what everyone said!

Bear in Mind is a game for 2-5 players and plays in roughly 15 minutes. It’s appropriate for players as young as 4 and as old as 99! In a game of Bear in Mind, players will draw tiles and tell stories the connect the image with the story boards on the table. On later turns, players will have to remember the facedown tile and its shared story. When Bobby Bear lands on a picture without a tile, the game is over and the player with the most tiles is the winner!

You can adjust the number of tiles used to vary the game length between short, medium, and long.

Woodland Rush

Scamper the Squirrel, Dash the Duck, Streak the Skunk, and Pronto the Porcupine are ready for race day!

Welcome to Woodland Rush! On your turn, you’ll have to complete as many tasks as you can before the time runs out. Collect the most leaves to win!

Woodland Rush is a game for 2-4 players and plays in roughly 15 minutes. It’s appropriate for players as young as 5 and as old as 99! On their turn, after everyone shouts “Scamper, Dash, Streak, Pronto!”, players will draw cards and perform the activity shown, gaining (and sometimes losing) leaves until the sand timer runs out. Watch out for “Hide-and-Seek” though because all players participate in that activity! When the game is over, the player with the most leaves is the winner!

If you want to give players more time during their turn, allow them to flip the sand timer a second time before their turn ends.
