Terra Invictus Campaign Setting (POD, Standard Color)

Terra Invictus is an old-school hex-crawl Campaign Setting. The core book is intended for the GM. There is a free 8-page Player’s Guide PDF available to give to your players.

It contains over 300 hex descriptions, each coming with a 1d6 encounter table to roll as the party enters the hex, along with weather and initial impressions to give the players while you make the roll. This is followed by 21 different content types, from trading opportunities to traps to monster behavior, each marked with its own icon (as described in the Notation section at the front of the book).

These hexes are spread across temperate, subtropical, and badland biomes; each of which is packed with random encounters, monsters, and treasure. Every one of Ambition and Avarice 2e's 196 monsters can be found on the map or in two large dungeons that are detailed in their own chapters.

At the front of each dungeon chapter is the Dungeon Familiarity chart. As the characters speak to NPCs across the map, they gain points on this table and learn more about what awaits them inside. There is also a classic Wandering and Attracted Monster Table and classic stat blocks in place everywhere a monster is mentioned along with an appendix in the back.

Enough material combined to provide you with content to run literally hundreds of sessions and take a party from 1st to 20th level.
