Spearpoint 1943

Frontline General: Spearpoint 1943 is a new fast-playing card game that uses tactical Unit Cards similar to Frontline General: Italian Campaign Introduction as well as all new Command Cards to simulate plausible frontline combat at a fast pace. Squad-level infantry and individual tanks, artillery, and aircraft form the Tip of the Spear, or Spearpoint, of the battle. Each 30-40 minute game is one intense card-based combat engagement. Improved Combat rules developed for this game will parallel the combat system in FG:ICI once updated.

Cardplay in this game allows players to bring in reinforcements, form surprise attacks, dig in infantry, call in fire missions, withdraw, and much more. Secret Unit Deployment, Command Decisions in the heat of the battle, brief rules that are easy to digest, and a fast pace all make this game a sharp contender in the competitive world of WWII card games. The game will appeal to non-wargamers as well as grognards with its fast action, historically-plausible combat, and hard-hitting strategy.

It's easy to learn the combat system of our games using Spearpoint 1943. Players can then take their skills to the next level in one of our larger games to add additional units and options, maps, and scenarios. Players of our existing introductory game will be excited to see some of the new units Spearpoint 1943 introduces- a German Panzer IIIG, US M5A1 Stuart, and Snipers on both sides to name a few.
