Description

Clue - First Edition 1949 Classic Reproduction is just that, a reproduction of the first edition released in 1949. It's the classic Who-Dun-It board game just as it appeared to the public over 50 years ago.

The rules have not changed. Players move from room to room suggesting suspects, murder weapons, and crime scenes for the murder of Mr. Boddy, and are proven wrong by other players. After one player is sure who the murderer, weapon, and room are, they accuse, and look inside the secret folder.

There is significantly less color and far simpler art than its modern day versions. With wooden pawns, heavy cast metal minis, and a real rope token, players are transported back to a time when plastics were not used. Along with all of this, there is a booklet outlining the history and impact of one of the most well known murder-mystery board games.
